Your manuscript enters once and comes out as every format we produce. Nothing is handed between suppliers, and nothing is rebuilt from scratch at each stage.
A structural read of the manuscript for pace, consistency and factual accuracy, in any of our 7+ languages, before a single page is typeset. Problems are found while they are still cheap to fix.
One manuscript becomes a print-ready PDF and a reflowable EPUB at the same time, in any of 18 interior styles, at every KDP, IngramSpark and Lulu trim size. No manual layout, no reflow errors.
Retail copy is written from the book itself, not from a form, and paired with platform-specific metadata tuned to how each store's search actually ranks titles.
Complete full-wrap covers, front, spine and back, with all text and the barcode already in place. Three options for you to choose between, at every platform trim size.
Narration, mastering and packaging with pronunciation management and multi-voice casting, then delivery to more than 30 retail and library channels.

Every part of this pipeline was built to solve a problem we hit while publishing our own titles. It was not designed in a boardroom and then tested on somebody else's book.
Multi-language is not a translation layer bolted on at the end. Metadata, cover text, descriptions and narration are produced in the target language, from the same manuscript.
A single manuscript feeds typesetting, covers, metadata and narration. Change a chapter and the change follows through, instead of four freelancers each working from a different file.
Every tool and every process runs across our own 40+ titles before it touches an author's book. If it is not good enough for our name, it does not ship.

Our tooling, its architecture and our internal production systems are the company's core intellectual property, and they stay internal. We do not publish the systems behind the pipeline, how they are built, or how they are connected, because that detail is precisely what makes the output possible.
