Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of the D&H Publishing International Ltd website and the access codes, tools, and services we provide to independent authors. By purchasing an access code or using any of our platform products, you agree to these conditions.

Access codes grant a single authorised user the right to use the corresponding tool, such as Layout Perfect, DescribeABook, or Bukuva, for the number of projects defined at purchase. Codes are non-transferable and may not be resold or shared across multiple accounts. Each tool is provided on a per-use basis and remains the intellectual property of D&H Publishing International Ltd.

When you publish a book using our infrastructure, you retain full intellectual-property ownership of your manuscript and 100% of the royalties generated from its sale. D&H does not claim rights over your work. Our role is to provide the tools; the work, the rights, and the earnings remain yours.

Our bespoke Gift Author service is commissioned under a separate agreement that confirms the named recipient, the project scope, and the delivery timeline. Fees for bespoke work are quoted in advance and are non-refundable once production has begun.

We reserve the right to refuse service where content is unlawful, infringes the rights of others, or breaches our standards. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
