Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of the D&H Publishing International Ltd website and the book production services we provide to authors. By commissioning any service, you agree to these conditions.

D&H Publishing produces books on a per-book, per-format basis. Current pricing is an eBook at £49, a Paperback at £79, and a Hardback at £99. Audiobook production is priced in three tiers: Standard at £99, Professional at £199 and Premium at £349. When all four formats are ordered together as the Full Package, 15% is deducted from the combined total. There are no subscriptions, no recurring charges, and no ongoing fees.

Additional services are priced separately. Platform listing is £35 for one platform, £50 for two, and £60 for three, and is included with the Full Package. Book Refresh is £99. The Gift Author service starts at £299 and is commissioned under a separate agreement confirming the named recipient, project scope, and delivery timeline.

You retain 100% of the intellectual property rights to your manuscript. D&H Publishing never claims ownership of your work. We provide free ISBNs under the D&H Publishing imprint, and D&H Publishing International appears as the publisher of record. If you prefer your own imprint, you must purchase your own ISBNs directly from Nielsen.

We take a 15% commission on sales made through BookClub2K, our own retail marketplace, where every produced book is listed at no extra charge. Sales made through any other platform are entirely yours; we do not track them and take no commission.

We review every manuscript before production. We reserve the right to decline any manuscript that does not meet our baseline quality standard or that contains unlawful content, infringes the rights of others, or breaches our standards.

Bespoke work is quoted in advance and is non-refundable once production has begun. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
